1.About the shipping, usually we will help you to arrange the shipment by international express (such as DHL / TNT / FEDEX /ARAMEX, ECT) and directly deliver to your address (DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE)! If shipment by express, after arriving , the buyer only need to pay tax and assist shipping company to do the customs clearance is ok.

2.For the refrigerated equipments, The refrigerant will been removed before shipping, because it is forbidden on the airplane. So, you need fill the refrigerant before using, more details, we will inform you once you receive the machine.

2..About the machine size, please kindly noted there might be some size deviation due to the manual measurement,please be careful if you worry about this.
